Mental Health Navigator – Join Our Growing Team

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Navigator to join our dynamic and resilient team. In this role, you will work alongside our Clinical Team to support individuals and families experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, helping them navigate these challenges while addressing broader social determinants of health. No two days are the same in this impactful and rewarding position.

About the Role

• Part-time position – 20 hours per week (flexible)

• Work collaboratively with our Clinical Team to provide culturally responsive support

About You
We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current practising certificate (where applicable) and relevant formal qualifications.

• Has a minimum of three years of practical experience, particularly working with Pacific families and within the health sector.

• Is fluent in a Pacific language as well as English.

• Has a strong understanding of the Pacific Islands community and its unique health needs.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional, caring approach.

• Has strong time management and organisational skills.

• Holds a full driver’s licence.
